Shipping: All shipping is FOB Shipping Point. Customer is responsible for shipping charges unless otherwise stated or quoted. If for whatever reason shipping damage occurs, customer must file claims with the shipping company. Stork Systems,Inc. is not responsible for the actions of the freight carriers. Returns: A valid Stork Systems RA# (Return Authorization Number) is required for all equipment returned to Stork Systems. RA# must appear on the outside of the box and/or on the airbill as well as the packing slip. The RA# for defective or good not used equipment is valid for 10 days. All items returned outside the 10-day window or without a valid RA# will be refused or returned at the customers’ expense. There is a 20% restocking fee on all non-defective items. Special order items are subject to higher restock fees. Advance Exchanges: An advance exchange transaction will be billed the full price of an item unless an acceptable core is returned within 10 days with a valid advance exchange RA#. Cores received after 10 days will be refused, and the customer will be billed full price on the item.
